Lead Pastor Matt Chapirson
Pastor Matt became the Lead Pastor of Rhapsody Church in January 2019, after over 17 years of pastoring experience. Matt’s passion is to see the people of Rhapsody find belonging, purpose and connection and a greater passion to work for the wholeness of Vancouver and Clark County. He and his wife Sara have been married for 17 years and have two beautiful children. He is also the co-owner of Form 7 Productions, a video production company.

Pastor Caleb and Pastor Jess Hardy
Pastor Caleb and Pastor Jess love pastoring at Rhapsody Church. Pastor Caleb also has a hand in helping with administration, generating new ideas and improvements, and leading transitions in many areas. Pastor Jess has a passion for music and caring for people. They love spending time with each other and their four children.

Youth Director Daniel Gillock
Daniel Gillock is our Rhapsody Next Gen Students Director. He regularly manifests a heart and passion to invest in and empower the next generation. He and his wife Kayla love going on adventures, whether hiking the gorge or walking the streets of Disneyland. In addition to working with youth, Daniel is a personal trainer.

Service Manager and More Dani
Dani Kennedy is in charge of service management at Rhapsody Church. She also wears many other hats including heading the breakfast team (a team that serves all volunteers breakfast on Sunday mornings), and her and her husband, Jesse lead a LIFEgroup for Rhapsody young adults. She is an amazing asset to our team.

Communications Arts Director Apryl Mar
Apryl geeks out on all things vision and culture related. She brings 14 years of ministry in arts and communication to the team. Professionally, she is a gifted Graphic Arts Director and has a freelance graphic solutions business. Her favorite person is her husband Brian Mar. They have been married for 17 years, and they have two boys: Elijah and Silas. She oversees all visual, digital and written communication for Rhapsody.

First Impressions Director Jesica Clifton
Jesica Clifton is our First Impressions Director and is passionate about making all guests feel at home and welcome. She is in charge of the team of people who are the first face of Rhapsody, all refreshments served in the main auditorium, and many things behind the scenes.

Mobile Team Leader Greg Lane
Greg is our Mobile Team leader at Rhapsody Church. Being a mobile church is part of our identity, and we couldn’t do what we do every week, setting up and tearing down in the Clark County YMCA, without Greg and his team’s help. All teams and all Sunday volunteers engage in mobile team as a part of our identity.

Cathy is our administrator at Rhapsody Church and her passion is numbers and accounting. We are so thankful for all she brings to the team.
